We are proud to have provided a £3.8m commercial debt facility for the development of a crematorium on the outskirts of Glasgow.
The borrower, Horizon Cremation (East Renfrewshire) Limited, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Horizon Cremation Limited and is backed by Maven Capital Partners LLP (Maven).
Horizon Cremation is progressing new sites in areas where hard-pressed existing crematoria are unable to cope with current needs or handle future demand. The team are ensuring every detail is covered so that families can say goodbye in a tranquil, supportive setting. This will be the third crematorium developed by the team with another two being planned.
The team were absolutely delighted to announce that they were named as Best Crematorium at the 2022 Scottish Funeral Awards.
