We are pleased to have recently completed a £4.5 million senior debt finance package to Calmont Homes, supplementing a £1.76 million equity commitment from respected private equity group, Maven Capital Partners.
These funds will support the development of 61 new executive homes in the sought-after village of Middleton St. George, Darlington.
The luxury development, created by award-winning architects and curated by leading interior designers, will consist of 12 different home styles and a selection of three, four, and five-bedroom homes.
The development has been shortlisted for Residential Development of the Year at the North East Insider Property Awards, to be held in May 2023. Further details can be found here.
