We were delighted to complete a £3.4 million senior financing package, supporting the highly experienced team at Bede Homes in their residential development of 30 family homes, featuring a collection of well designed three and four-bedroom detached properties, plus one and two-bedroom bungalows.
This is our second project with the Bede Homes team who previously developed 20 sought after family homes at Marley Hill, just 6 miles southwest of Newcastle upon Tyne.
